Enhancing Industry-Academia Collaboration: Faculty and Students from Food Engineering and Biotechnology Department (New Campus KSK) Visits Six-B Food Industries Plant at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore
The Second year students of BSc Food Science and Technology from the Department of Food Engineering and Biotechnology, under the supervision of Ms. Zoufishan Latif and Dr. Adeel Anwar, embarked on a transformative industrial visit to Six-B Food Industries at Sundar Industiral Estate on 6th March 2024. The purpose of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the various processes involved in the production of fruit juices and to enhance their understanding of food processing technologies.
The visiting team paid Special Thanks to the entire team at Six B Food Industries especially Mr. Shrafat Ali Anjum (Manager QA and SRA) for organizing the insightful industry tour. It was an invaluable experience that provided our students with practical insights into the workings of the food İndustries which can open the possibility of future collaborations.
